Each piece is finished by hand and the set is supplied in a timber storage box. The non-serrated knife blades are made from 2.5 mm X20Cr13 stainless steel. Dishwasher safe when the stated care instructions are followed. Louis Thiers cutlery has passed TÜV Rheinland GRAS (FDA) food-safety testing. A 24-month warranty covers manufacturing faults.
