The Louis Thiers Artisan three-piece kitchen knife set includes a 20 cm chef’s knife, 18 cm santoku knife and 13 cm utility knife, presented in a bamboo storage box. These are blade lengths. Forged, full-tang Japanese AUS-8 stainless steel blades have a hammered Damascus-look finish, genuine walnut handles, curved bolsters and the Laguiole bee detail.
The chef’s knife and santoku have 2.5 mm blades; the utility knife has a 2.0 mm blade. The chef’s knife suits chopping and slicing, the santoku suits vegetable preparation, and the utility knife handles smaller everyday tasks.
Hand wash and dry thoroughly. Not dishwasher safe. Includes a 24-month warranty.
The 2.5 mm larger blades provide rigidity for lasting everyday use, while 2.0 mm utility and paring blades, where included, support agile, precise preparation.
