Louis Thiers Artisan 3-Piece Kitchen Knife Set
The Louis Thiers Artisan three-piece kitchen knife set includes an 8-inch chef’s knife, 7-inch santoku and 5-inch utility knife. The forged, full-tang Japanese AUS-8 stainless steel blades have a hammered Damascus-look finish.
Each knife has a genuine walnut wood handle, curved bolster and Laguiole bee detail. The chef’s and santoku blades are 2.5 mm thick, and the utility blade is 2.0 mm thick. A bamboo storage box keeps the set together.
Includes a 24-month warranty. Louis Thiers cutlery has passed TÜV Rheinland GRAS (FDA) food-safety testing.
The 2.5 mm larger blades provide rigidity for lasting everyday use, while 2.0 mm utility and paring blades, where included, support agile, precise preparation. Curved bolsters and shaped handles provide a comfortable position for the hand. The hammered Damascus-look finish is a decorative appearance; it is not a claim of layered Damascus steel.
